Do you offer service agreements? How do they work?

Custom Air Designs will inspect the whole HVAC system, including electrical components and ductwork. It is import to have a pm contract because it keeps the unit running efficiently & prevents the system from breaking down. If it does happen to break down, you do get a percentage off your repair cost as well as no service fee. AC’s are just like cars. You need to bring your car in for service/oil changes. Same concept. How do I know if I should purchase a new HVAC system? Your AC unit should last 10-15 years. However, if you're in need of expensive repairs and your air conditioner is more than 10 years old, it will often make more sense to replace the unit.

Are all air filters the same? How often should I replace them?
